Digital Advantage

Precision Dentistry Starts with Digital Workflows

ODL’s digital workflows combine CAD/CAM design, advanced milling, and 3D printing to deliver restorations with consistent accuracy and fit. By integrating digital planning and production, we reduce variability, improve turnaround times, and help clinicians achieve predictable restorative outcomes.

Chairside Support

Clinical Support That Goes Beyond the Lab

Some cases require more than great lab work—they require collaboration. ODL’s team works directly with clinicians during complex restorative and implant cases, providing chairside guidance and technical insight when it matters most. From treatment planning to final seating, we help ensure every restoration performs as expected.

Available for complex restorative, implant, and full-arch cases.

Chairside Process

Chairside Collaboration in Action

Our chairside support team works directly alongside clinicians during full arch appointments to assist with digital workflows.

Dressed in full scrubs and trained in restorative and surgical workflows, our technicians help ensure records, scans, and data are captured correctly and efficently. Guided Surgery

Capture Implant Position with True Accuracy

For implant planning, our surgical guide team supports you from start to finish. By reducing chair time and improving surgical efficiency, guided workflows benefit both clinicians and patients.

To begin, we require a CBCT in raw DICOM format along with an intraoral scan, PVS impression, or poured model to ensure accurate guide fit. For existing denture patients, a dual CBCT with radiographic markers is used to capture denture positioning. Once all records are received, we merge the data, design the virtual tooth or full-arch restoration, and position implants for a prosthetically driven outcome.

Every case is reviewed and approved by you, and each guide is designed to integrate seamlessly with your surgical kit and equipment.
